- You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
✅ Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized toys.
- Toys showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
✅ Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
